Your purchase of a home from Busbee's includes delivery and set-up, utility hook-ups, drywall repair, carpet installation, and much more to assure your new home meets the most stringent installation standards, as well as your total safety and satisfaction.

As you may be aware, some dealers are offering homes on a "factory direct" basis at what may appear to be discounted prices. In short, 'factory direct' means the buyer assumes total responsibility -- and liability -- for each and every necessary function including permitting, transportation and set-up, utilities, interior and exterior finishing, inspections, and every step in between. The absence of dealer-monitored quality control services may also limit the scope of the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

In rare circumstances, a buyer who has the time, construction experience and patience to undertake all of these tasks and expenses may ultimately do so. If you choose, Busbee's will sell you a home on a 'factory direct' basis. But we do not recommend it -- from us, or any other dealer.
